Yoga is not just about asanas. Yoga is a journey to self-discovery that teaches us discipline of the mind and body through different exercises and practices. In our classes, apart from asanas, you will learn breathing techniques and meditation. Our holistic approach will teach you to go inward and develop strength, balance and a sense of calm.
Yoga cannot be self-taught, nor can progression happen only by watching videos. This is why we ensure every teacher takes time to explain each asana or practice so you understand the health benefits as well as how to incorporate this in your daily life. As our teachers are masters in their fields and have themselves learnt from the Himalayan gurus, every practice is honest and authentic.
