If you are someone looking to progress, our teachers will work with you to go from one level to the next. 


If you’re also someone who has done the physical practice before but are completely new to meditation, we will help you understand how to start meditating and find peace inwards through our workshops and meditation tracks


Apart from the regular classes, you can also join a workshop to understand a specific topic or subject a little more in detail.
